Clean facility, friendly staff, breakfast offered the usual as most hotels but there is a great little restaurant right across the parking lot called the Keys with great food for breakfast, lunch or dinner and great coffee also !

Room was very clean, modern, spacious and quiet! Bed and pillows were comfortable. One small detail noticed in the bathroom was a generous supply of towels and washcloths. The personal note from the cleaners and mints on the beds was an added bonus! The staff was friendly, answered our questions. The pool being closed for repairs was communicated through multiple emails and texts before our state and during our stay, so we could be prepared. This is a wonderful hotel!

Pool was FREEZING cold. Shampoo and conditioner in room shower were already empty upon a arrival. There was a dried flower leaf on bathroom floor under sink. Sink drain u-bend was not up to plumbing codes. Toilet seat broke. Breakfast had a nice variety, kids were happy too. Fresh cookies in the afternoon were a nice touch. Day 2 our keys didn't work to get in room so they had to reset them.
