All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including the driver who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The common areas were very nice and well-maintained, but the hallway leading to the rooms smelled of cigarettes.

Check-in was easy, we did arrive an hour early and they cleaned a room right away for us! Pool was a little chilly with it being inside but my teen did not mind, it was also never crowded. Hotel is only 4 to 5 min away from the mall! Loved having the outback connected to the hotel. Food was good.
