This is such a great spot and location. I have stayed here about 5 times since the fall. In that time, the small restaurant/bar on the first floor has been a lovely environment, but often lacking a number of items on the menu. Breakfast, on the other hand, is substantial and full - the breakfast is very good.

Unique boutique hotel with eclectic decor drawing upon its history as a nunnery. The bar is it's crown jewel where you will find yourself sitting amongst European travelers, theater goers and touring musicians surrounded by artifacts from early last century. Ms.Keri at the front desk runs a tight ship and will make sure that your stay is comfortable and that you are well taken care of.

The hotel is a comfortable, spacious, welcoming place to stay. As a renovated convent, it has dark wood and a stark flavor to the decor, but the spaciousness and quiet elegance of the hotel makes it all very appealing. We got a free upgrade to an executive suite, which we appreciated. The room was very spacious. The shampoo, shower gel, etc. were lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent-- better than many hotels in the area. My husband and I will happily stay there whenever we're visiting St. Paul.

This is just a special hotel that is peaceful and inspiring. The artwork is tremendous, and the history of the hotel is really what makes the experience even better. The rooms are quite comfortable, and the simplicity of the design is relaxing.

What a wonderful surprise when checking into this quaint and unique hotel that was formally a convent. Staff was super nice, rooms were clean, bathroom chic and bed was so comfortable. The complimentary breakfast in the former chapel was such a fun experience. The original artwork and photos are a nice touch of the former residents.
