Our room on the main floor smelled heavily of mould/mildew. We stayed for 3 nights, and our beds weren't made once. We did receive fresh towels every day. The fitness centre was abysmal. A set of 20 pound dumbbells, a very dirty worn yoga mat, extremely outdated cable machine, broken Air conditioner, and an old elliptical & treadmill. There was a sign on the pool door saying closed for maintenance, when they saw I wanted to swim they took the sign down and said there was "just an issue with the pump, but theres no chemical issue". The hot tub was drained. The room itself was clean but very outdated. The woman at the front desk, Lisa, was very friendly and helpful, but was working 5am-11pm every day. I'm not even sure thats legal. I felt bad for how much work she had to do and how stressed she seemed. The luggage carts were rusty and looked 60 years old. This was not an inexpensive room so we were quite dissapointed. It is very close to Mystic Lake Ampitheatre by car, which was super handy.
