The whole situation was bad from the start. I booked the hotel specifically to have an indoor pool and jacuzzi that was shown on the website. I checked in and went to a room that smelled like pot and was dirty and didn't have any bed linens. I asked for a different room and told that there was none. I thought about getting a refund but didn't have many options or time. On top of everything else the pool and jacuzzi were closed and drained. No apology, no understanding. The area was also pretty sketchy. To top it off, there was no full breakfast as advertised.
The Best Western is now a Baymont which was also confusing. It seems the property is in transition and right now everything is "off". I essentially barricaded myself in my room and got out of there in the morning.
The room was dirty, tv did not work, buttons on the phone were busted. I called from my cell phone to ask for help with the TV. They said they were coming and never arrived. I have called twice to get a call from the manager still nothing and it’s been two weeks. I would not recommend this place to no one.
