Rooms were clean. Desk desk was great and helpful. Parking lot is on the smaller side, but it's free and we still found a spot to park. Our room was super hot due to the air conditioning unit not working. I was hesitant asking to switch rooms, but I did and the guy working the desk was able to switch our room fast plus he wasn't bothered by switching it for us, which I appreciated. Pool was a nice temperature, it wasn't freezing cold.

Parking was easy. Pool and hot tub were out of service which was a bummer but not a deal breaker. The biggest downfalls were the shower not draining well and backing up immediately, as well as an air conditioning unit that did not perform well. With the A/C all the way down at 60 for 3 days, I don’t think the room got below 75-80. Property simply needs some updates and upgrades. Staff were great.

Hallways had a weed smell one of the nights. Staff at night friendly and helpful. Morning staff was kinda rude that we checked out 20 mins late. Gym and weight room is very very weak just a couple dumbbells and a bench. Pool had a slight unpleasant smell but not horrible. For the price you get a good clean bed but nothing fancy.

This was a decent hotel for the price. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast good, and it's very close to shopping in Edina/Bloomington. They also don't charge for parking which is nice. There is a Denny's Restaurant connected. I'm pretty fussy, but wanted a reasonable price. I'd definitely go back.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Not far from the Mall of America. Parking sucks but it’s free. Our 1st room door didn’t “hatch” but they quickly switched my room. I love that the pool is open until midnight for adults and 10 for children. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Definitely worth your money and made my experience even more enjoyable!
