Still needs a little work

Check-in was easy, bed was comfortable with comfortable linens, but room smelled like old smoke. Breakfast was subpar with eggs and sausage depleted by eight in the morning and not restocked.

Convenient stay

Overall stay was a positive experience. The pool area was very nice and clean. There was no one at the front desk from at 8 pm when we checked in had to push a find a phone button. When we had breakfast at 9 am noticed that it was the same condition to check out no one was at the front desk again. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, cereal yogurt, muffins, bread, and eggs.

We booked this room specifically for the in-room jacuzzi. The night we arrived, only the jets on one side of the jacuzzi worked. When we attempted to use the tub again in the morning, the jets didn't work at all. There were a lot of tiny dead bugs on the floor next to the jacuzzi tub and a couple inside the tub. We felt the need to wipe down the inside of the tub before we used it. There was also a bottle from previous guests, that had exploded in the freezer portion of the mini-fridge in our room. It didn't seem like the room had been cleaned very well before we arrived. We informed the front desk of these concerns on our departure. The gal working the desk said we should have come to them and they would have helped with the jacuzzi (which was noted on the tub instructions in the room as well), but if this is an amenity they are offering to their guests, then the jacuzzi should be in working order without the expectation that we'll need to have the staff enter our room during our stay, to attempt to get the tub working properly. After we informed them of the jacuzzi issue, the bugs, and the exploded bottle, they just gave us an awkward apology. Between the note on the instructions and the comment from the gal at the desk, I get the feeling they were already aware of the issue with the tub. They didn't offer a discount or anything to rectify the uncleanliness of the room or the dysfunctional tub. We will likely book elsewhere in the future.

Rather sleep in a car

This was the only hotel with rooms available during the recent airline debacle, so I just needed somehwere to sleep. The room was gross, the walls are dirty, it smells foul, the bathroom was disgusting, and at the time when we needed a room most, they raised the prices by $100. Absolutely unkept.

Worst $165/ night ever

First let me say, this was the worst $165/night hotel ever. In Hotels. com it said there were 2 pools, wrong, 1 tiny pool We were locked out of our room twice and when we came back for our 2nd night at 5 pm, they still hadn't cleaned it!! The only operating ice maker was on the far side of the hotel. all in all, a very poor experience with no offer to compensate us for the problems we had.

This property was rated 10 and as a result we booked it … this is sooo far from a 10. This site is a 3 at best. The facility is run down, plumbing fixtures are old, furniture is worn and dirty. The overall vibe from this site was sketchy. We were awaken at 3 AM by the police at a neighbours door. This is a terrible location, that shouldn’t even be part of Expedia’s offering. Makes me really rethink my future bookings with Expedia.

I normally don’t write reviews, but upon initial approach there were numerous people standing around the hotel outside which seemed sketchy. When entering the room it smelled awful (rm 119), there was a left over used conditioner bottle indicating the shower was not cleaned, the whole carpet was wet and muggy, there was dust all over the furniture and the coffee basket was not refilled. The room overall gave the feeling of not at all being thoroughly cleaned. I took pictures of all this. While attempting to enjoy the pool, there were sketchy men coming in the pool area and around the windows looking in. After all this, the staff seemed friendly and helpful, breakfast was great but not maintained quick enough. The staff seemed to take frequent smoke breaks. This stay could have been better had we had an actual clean room. I have worked as a hotel maid and can tell this is not the case. I hate to give a bad review, but this could have been avoided.

10 minute wait at the front desk by myself. Bathroom is almost too small to move in. Drain in the shower and sink both really slow, like standing water to your ankles slow, and morning staff didn’t know how to do a check out.
