The front desk employees we interacted with were courteous, attentive, and helpful. The first night we were there the young lady who checked us in was able to answer our questions and provide us with additional items we needed. The second night, when the T.V. didn't work, that young lady came to our room and made sure it was working before she left. The room was clean, smelled nice, and was roomy enough for the 3 of us. The workout room was amazing! Never had so many equipment choices in a hotel gym before. The breakfast was awesome. They had a good variety to choose from. It is in a good location. The lake view was stunning and the short walk to a couple of museums and restaurants was perfect. Some constructive feedback: -If a room is earmarked for 4 people to stay in, there should be at least 4 hooks for towels. We had only 1. -There wasn't much light in the room. 2 dim lamps and an entry overhead light just didn't provide much light. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Kenosha again.
