I messed up our reservation and we needed to stay one more day then we initially planned. My whole group was at a convention and we couldn't come back to move our stuff. The staff moved our booking to another room and moved our luggage FOR us so we could stay at the con. Not only did the staff bend over backwards to accommodate me, but they kept apologizing to me even though the whole thing was completely my fault. On top of that, the whole hotel was spotless and the staff kept being friendly and saying hello every single day. This was our 2nd year here and we're definitely coming back.
