The pictures of the room online wasn’t what room we were giving. The room was to have a pull out couch. It had 3 chairs. The room smelled like someone was smoking in it before. The staff was very friendly and polite.

We stayed for 4 days. We asked for more towels, toilet paper, and a pillow a couple of times but never received the items. We also has trouble with our key entry to our room and had to go to the desk three times to get new keys issued. This was very inconvenient and annoying.

Loved the stay, only disappointment was the shuttle service. I had called ahead to see if we could shuttle to the baseball game and the agent said it wouldn't be a problem dropping off and picking us back up. When I checked in and confirmed with front desk neither person understood and we were not able to shuttle.

Stay at this property probably 7-8 times a year and this was the first bad experience. We were put in the Milwaukee wing and the room was small but the bathroom tiny. Hard to even turn around. I would not stay in the Milwaukee wing again.
