The room was nice, breakfast good. The area does not seem safe. A homeless, aggressive person followed me into the lobby. The desk attendant told him to go away, but I feel could have perhaps intervened more or there should be a buzz in situation or only allowed in with room key.

The room had a strange damp smell to it and the beds were very creaky. Overall the room was clean, shower was hot and had good water pressure. Some of the staff was rather rude but nothing outrageous.

Was so so. Prices were super expensive for what they offer. I booked a suite w pull out couch for the 2 of us. They didn’t even provide bedding for the pull out couch and no pillows. All they did was bring up a blanket for it and said they can’t do anything. Poor service and stay.

Liked the beer in the lobby and that they had our pre checkin at the front desk, he just handed it to us and wasted no time! Did not like the clientele hanging around outside the hotel and in the parking lot! They need some kind of security!
