I requested connecting rooms by calling the hotel a week before our stay and was told to call the day before. So I called the day before our stay and asked for connecting rooms, was told "yes, I'll mark your name on them now." But when checking in we were told NO connecting rooms were available. Adjoining rooms were a BIG reason I chose this hotel for my husband, me and our five children. Very disappointing! Rooms were clean and beds & pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a few hot offerings so that was good. Each room only had two bath towels which I don't understand for a two bed room booked for 4 people. Cleaning lady who we spoke to in the hallway only had two extra and the front desk said they had no towels. Also, be sure to bring your own shampoo and soap because one small sample of each is all that was provided. The room key cards had to be redone at the front desk a couple of times as they sometimes wouldn't work for us. Overall though, it was a good stay, considering the price in comparison to other Milwaukee hotels.

This is my 2nd time staying here and in both occasions, we informed we were going to checkout right at 11am. Tell me why is housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:45am, 10am, and even at 10:55am. So annoying. Other than that, the place is very clean.
