Mirror was so dirty in bathroom I had to clean it to see anything. Was able to get an early check in which was much appreciated for a wedding we were attending. Heard hot tub had green slim around the entrance so didn’t even try it.

This hotel was very up and down. I came to check in and there was some kind of problem for me and a bunch of other people in the lobby. They eventually fixed it, but I've never experienced a more cumbersome check in. My room did not have a mini fridge, but my friend's room did. I had a king bed and a pull out sofa, which did not have sheets or blankets. We went to ask for bedding, but were told there was none left! The pool and hot tub were fine, but had peeling paint. (Pool and hot tub will be closed for a few weeks, hopefully they'll fix that then.) We had to call twice to get towels brought to the pool. The view of the river was nice, and the room was clean. We didn't have the breakfast because it seemed pricey for what was there.

The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and remained helpful and courteous whenever I returned with questions. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower were all empty. There were also no disposable drinking cups in the room, which is a standard amenity at most hotels. The elevator was extremely noisy and could be heard throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was only lukewarm, and the pool was uncomfortably cold. We also paid $17 per person for the breakfast buffet, which was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, items were not replenished in a timely manner, and the selection was no better than what is typically offered as a complimentary hotel breakfast. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.
