I had to push a chair over to the outside of the bed to use the near-floor outlet to plug in my cpap. Odd omission for any room, much less one that claimed to be "handicap accessible."

The breakfast menu was limited - No fruit and eggs were watery both days. Coffee pots were empty. Room temp was not consistent - the room was uncomfortably warm. Neighborhood was a little questionable - we weren’t sure how safe the immediate area was due to a lot of police activity while we were there. Front desk staff were super friendly. This Hotel was EXCELLENT, a 5 star hotel at a 3 star price. The room was very nice, clean with a great bathroom and shower. The breakfast was outstanding, scrambled eggs,bacon, bagels, etc and the eating area was spacious and quiet. The work out room was spacious with numerous treadmills, bikes, elliptical and weights and clean. (The whole hotel was clean!) We were going to stay downtown near the Fiserv arena for some hockey games but every hotel wanted $40/night for parking! The Fairfield inn and suites was only 15 minutes from the arena and the parking was free! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, it was truly a great experience. Thank you Fairfield Inn n Suites!
