Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Hotel is clean. Easy access to everything. We really enjoyed the outside seating area adjacent to the pool, so it was easy to watch the kids from outside:-)

Overall, the hotel was good and I had a pleasant stay. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't really enjoy the pool and fitness facilities. During the times I tried to use them, there were children playing and the areas were quite busy, which made it difficult to use the facilities for their intended purpose. It would be helpful for the hotel to better manage these shared spaces so all guests can enjoy them comfortably.

The Hot tub needed a good cleaning as I saw some mildew on the brick around the edge. We never got housekeeping even though we expected at least one time. Possibly because our do not disturb sign wasn't off soon enough. They were were very good about getting supplies for us when asked. All Staff was very nice.

We were in town for a wedding and didn't use all the amenities, but the rooms were clean and quiet and ensuring worked. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of items. We had booked two rooms seperately, and the hotel was very accommodating when we called and requested the rooms be near each other. We were very pleased with our choice of hotels.
