Traveling for work, I get to choose the hotel I stay at. Usually, I do not stay in the same hotel twice. However, this place is different. The staff is a 10 out of 10. Every time I see one of them, they are friendly. They go out of their way to make me feel like I am at home, not at a hotel. The other guests here are also friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you were traveling in this area.

Staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Anything we needed, they helped with immediately. Room was clean, beds were super comfy, water pressure in the shower was perfect, ac/heat worked wonderfully. Cannot complain about anything, we'll be staying here for all our overnight Brewer trips.

The room was overall very clean except there was soap scum all over the bathroom fixtures and also toothpaste droplets on the mirror. I thought this was quite poor taste thinking as I'm looking in the mirror I'm wondering who's mouth these toothpaste droplets came out of. Also the hallways were not vacuumed at all. There was a lot of stuff all over the carpeting in the hallways.

If you just need an inexpensive place to sleep, then this is an OK place. Room appeared clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom sink faucet did not work. Water only dribbled out. I requested repairs the next morning but it was never fixed. Kitchen faucet worked well. I was only there for two days but it is advertised as an extended stay. There is a small kitchen but I did not see any silverware, dishes or pans in my room. Maybe you need to ask the front desk? Also, the card reader system used on the room doors and the outside doors are not the best. During my two days I needed to get three different cards since each day my card stopped working. Also, each time I went to the front desk, there was no one there. When they finally showed up they were pushing what appeared to be laundry carts. I guess the front desk person also does laundry? However, when the staff person finally showed, they were very pleasant.

Pros: Good location (restaurants, shopping); spacious room; reasonable price. Cons: They do not have shampoo, conditioner or lotion. No breakfast - just coffee. They said they put out muffins and breakfast bars from 6-9 but they had neither either day I went to breakfast at 7am. When asked if they had more, they said no. They also ran out of cups for coffee the 2nd day I was there. Safety Concerns: The back door did not shut/lock properly so it was always open for anyone to come in. Often smelled marijuana. There is a designated parking spot in the parking lot for police. There is no sign on the outside of the hotel indicating it is a hotel - it is just blacked out.

We only stayed overnight but place was clean, easy access out to where are car was parked and also to take our dog out. Nice location, very private and quiet, would stay again. Continental breakfast wasn't too much though.
