My stay was fantastic! I was greeted promptly by the staff, and the check-in process was completely hassle-free. The room was exceptionally clean, and the property is in a perfect location right next to everything. The breakfast was great as well! My only minor suggestion for improvement would be to update the fitness room equipment, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Breakfast was GREAT. The bed was firm but not rock hard like most hotels (THANK-YOU). The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is (1) could do with brighter lighting in bathroom; (2) towels were a little scratchy; and (3) consider unscented soaps [scents are common irritants for people with skin allergies].

I liked the stay here. Nice, clean room and no issues there. Breakfast was good and the staff worked diligently to assure it was clean and well stocked. I was not happy about the pool and hot tub being closed and no money back for that part.

It was close to our destination. The ruins could have been a little cleaner. The pool and hot tub were out of service and we didn’t find that it until check in. Breakfast was convenient.

The water never got hot in the shower, the hot tub wasn’t working but the room was clean and sufficient. Although it needs some updating.., lamp shades, worn furniture, dim lighting in bathroom and tub faucet looked like it wasn’t attached correctly so the tub filled up while taking a shower.

I had a room with a refrigerator that was noisy all night, tried to disconnect but unable to do so. I also ended up with a room next to the elevator....late at night and early mornings could hear folks taking the elevator. Otherwise overall the motel was decent, clean and outside of the refrigerator quiet. Restaurants within walking distance which was great.

Breakfast was ok, yogurt machine does not work ( didn’t last year when we stayed either). Pool was down for maintenance our entire stay, and staying up on the third floor you could faintly smell weed every time you walked the hallways from the room door to the elevator and back. Rooms were good, beds and pillows were fine. Would’ve liked a little more variety with the sports cable channels (only had espn).

Front desk staff were great, friendly and professional. The breakfast was adequate as was the pool/fittness room. However in my 12 night stay I did not receive any housekeeping, no towels no bedding nothing. Thankfully I had 2 beds and 4 towels to use for the entire stay. 2 basic things that guests should not have to ask for. Also the carpet in the room was noticeable dirty. After walking barefoot on it there was black dirt coming from my feet in the shower. I wear grey socks

The fridge was freezing all the items, and foamed me all over, plus the beds and flooring. Someone tripped the fire alarm at 3:00 am. I had to hurry outside in the cold fresh air. The tv did not show the channels, so from six channels we had little info, plus no news. It was too hot in the room, which made it unbearable for sleep for my husband. Breakfast was a nice amenities.

Bathroom was extremely dirty. Hair hanging in the shower. Bathroom floor was very dirty and sticky. Wiped up with a washcloth and it turned black. Appears they didnt clean it between guests. Breakfast was decent.
