It's near the airport and downtown Milwaukee so it was convenient. The layout was a bit of a maze at first but after a couple times, you get familiarized with the way. If you need a place to sleep in, this is good.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great.. Price was just in my range. And glad that they had alot of entrance doors tgat made it close to almost every room. Only disappointment was there is a bar connected that was not open on Sundays and Mondays. So we didn't get to try it out. Besides that great hotel.

I booked knowing they have pool and hot tub I booked it before I loved how the pool was set up and the hot tub when we got there they said the pool and stuff closed at 8:00 I was like when did that happen because last time I booked it was open until 10 she gave explanation didn’t understand so we tried getting back early

Really appreciated the shuttle and that the hotel is right next to the Green line MCTS bus that goes straight to Downtown/Riverwalk/Public Market, etc. Lots of options available at their free breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub. Mini fridge and microwave in the room.

Check in staff was not helpful at all - we had to ask where stairs or elevator was. was told stairs was the closest and elevator was at the complete other end of the building, so we took the stairs thinking she was telling us our room was right there next to the stairs, when in fact it was on the other end of the building right by the elevator. There was a restaurant in the building which we figured would be a good place to eat. Food was not eatable. We just ordered a cheeseburger/fries and a chicken sandwich/fries, neither were eatable so we thought who could go wrong with a cheese pizza, were we wrong again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place looks like it should be condemned. When we got there, there were buckets collecting rain leaking from the ceiling everything looks old and dated. You have to have wrist bands to swim in the pool, I forgot to put one on while swimming with my 11 year old daughter(who had hers) and a guy comes and says something to me about it, ok….. not even 10 minutes later teenage girls come swimming, no wrist bands, had to be let in pool because they don’t have a keycard, says nothing. The breakfast was decent….
