“Fantastic value and excellent staff”

“Nice stay for 4 nights visiting Silverstone. Would happily stay there again. Room was generally clean but very basic. No hotel information in the room, corners of the bathroom floor were grubby and one of the window latches were broken. However, the room was serviced every day and bins emptied, towels refreshed and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Cooked breakfast was excellent!! “The staff were outstanding - the Receptionist was so helpful and even showed us to our room and the staff in the restaurant were really cheerful and professional. We only stayed one night and didn't use the pool or gym but the room was very clean, nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. We ate in Harrys that night and the food was really tasty and reasonably priced (for a hotel) and as I've already said the staff were lovely.”
