Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Liked - comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Apartment was a good size. Disliked - microwave unusable, rusty inside. Food left in freezer. Dishwasher not emptied. Blinds in a bad state and would not close properly. Kitchen ceiling vent filthy as was the extractor over the cooker. Floor in very repair with hole in surface and edges curling up. Light under kitchen units - only one working. Oven shelves and pans dirty. No dishwashing liquid. Clock in lounge not working. Bathroon shower head completely useless, sink would not drain properly. No plug for bath or kitchen sink. What a pity, this could be a really nice apartment with some TLC and maintenance.

The great location is the biggest plus of this place. In conjunction with underground parking, it is the best selling point. Unfortunately compared to some other flats in the same block provided by other companies I stayed with the flat although clean is run down. There are holes and damage to the floor. The balcony door is blocked off. Guides from Roman blinds were broken and no way to adjust the angle. Seals under the shower are gone so you flood the bathroom every time you choose to have a shower. The toilet flush works once every 3 times. Considering that I know that there are better standard apartments in the same building I will not be coming back to the same flat considering price is the same.
