When we arrived the room was at the top, as neither of us could handle stairs the staff straight away changed the room for us, it took away stress and made our stay very comfortable.

We found Mercure Milton Keyes well appointed and a good price. The rooms are tasteful decorated and a good size, including the bathroom. We did not use the restaurant aside from breakfast and we enjoyed the buffet. We were there for a performance at The Stables and it was only 13 mins away so will stay again in the future.

The Hotel is located very conveniently for us visiting our son and daughter in-law. We have used the hotel many times. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. They did make a mistake when booking us in but it was quickly put right.
