Great location and stay. Staff amazing and helpful. Room very clean but basic and small space. Very quiet at night. Drinks machines were not working. YMCA next door had a fantastic cafe and hotel gave a free hot drink at that cafe.

I stayed there for Reggae Land Friday show. The room was immaculate, modern interior. Comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Great air quality and lovely scent in the room. Hotel staff are welcoming and approachable. They all knew of the festival and initate engaging conversation. I will stay there again.

The room was small but perfectly functional, with a decent bathroom and air con to keep me cool. However the mattress so was hard and pillows so flat I woke up after only 2hrs sleep. A real shame as with a more comfortable mattress and better pillows I would have easily rated 5 stars given the value for money. I was also puzzled as to why the TV was mounted about 4 feet up the wall, which made it essentially unwatchable.

Room was basic, but it had everything I needed. It was clean. the hotel is in a good location. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The woman on reception called Mary is a credit to the organisation. She is always positive and makes you feel welcome. I can imagine that is very challenging as the public can be difficult.

100 points for the location. It was only a few mins from the railway station which made such a big difference. The staff was very helpful. The room was adequate, however I did see stains on the wash basin and toilet when I entered. TV did not work, kept saying there was no network and for these reasons I have given 4 stars. Otherwise it was perfect for a quick stay. Thank you.
