Late evening arrival just before 11.30 pm.

I was met just before 11.30 pm and shown to my room. Introductions your simple and respectful. The room was comfortable with sufficient space

A very friendly owner. The place was clean. The shower, towels and bedding were dated. I stayed overnight and for the price it reflected the condition. Good parking facilities. There was no TV which it could do with.

Good value. Good location for short drive to Bletchley Area (e.g. Bletchley Park, MK Dons football) or walkable distance to Milton Keynes centre. Residential area, so didn't find any local dining, but short walk to Cricketers pub. Would stay there again.

Clean and tidy. Hosts pleasant and helpful. Could have done with a TV in the room but not a major issue.

Awful stay

When I eventually managed to check in I found that my room smelt funny. The windows were open so I guessed that the smell may have come from the outside. There was no staff at the guest house for me to speak to. When I returned to the room after getting some food I found that the smell was coming from the damp mattress and the smell I believed was urine. I rung the contact number I had, but nobody answered. There was no staff at the venue. It was too late to go anywhere else so I ended up sleeping on the floor and leaving early in the morning. I still didn't see any staff. I wont be using this place again.
