Room was mostly clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom floor needed a better cleaning- dirt/hair in corners and small areas. The back door (that appeared to have room key access only) was unlocked at all hours and accessible to anyone not just guests.

The room was clean the bathroom shower was disgusting. The first guy at the front desk was not all pleasant. Then shifts changed the young lady was amazing explaining to us our situation. The breakfast was great. I ended up being charged a 33.00 fee called the hotel they couldn't explain. Called the place we booked under they said that they didn't charge that fee. Now I have to dispute it with the bank.

Our room met our expectations. Our only complaints were that the carpet seemed worn and trash was piled outside one of the side doors.
