The place is clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were nice. It’s a nice place to stay for a night or two. The only issue we had was no hot water in the morning. The woman at the front desk said it was being fixed. Over all not bad for the price.

Arrived late on Friday night-9p given a room as far away from an elevator as possible- Room was for 90 year old man. He got to the room and the beds were not made! Had to go all the way back to check in and the clerk said Oh sorry. We Had to ask for a room closer to elevator. The clerk Seemed put out - even though we weren’t upset. Hotel was clean and quiet

We came here for a quick overnight stay to pick up our child from camp the next morning. Property was well maintained and comfortable for our needs. Also close to plenty of eateries and such. I would say our only complaint was the wet dog smell of the couch that was in the room. I don't necessarily mind pet friendly hotels as people need a place for pets when traveling, but I think there must be some way to get that smell out of the furniture for people who are sensitive to these kinds of smells or have allergies. Other than that though, no major complaints. Room was clean otherwise and served its purpose.

We came from NY for a family baby shower. The reviews were harsh for this place some wasn’t. We had a great experience, place was clean. No breakfast, free parking and around a lot of store which was awesome. TV channels were limited. Other than that staff was helpful and pleasant. Pool was nice. I will stay here again. One little thing I wasn’t a fan of. People bringing their dogs. The whole floor reeked of dog smell. It was terrible. Maybe choose one floor to put guest with animals my suggestion. Therefore other guests are not bothered. The charge $100 deposit which you have to wait to get back. Definitely will staff here again.

Not a bad place to stay. Location is pretty decent for shopping in terms of necessities. Unfortunately, the hotel staff wouldn’t work with Expedia to refund me for the extra night that I couldn’t stay for because of my flight. They told me to contact Expedia and Expedia said they’d try and work with them but they refused. I also had to check out early because of my flight and the front desk staff was sleeping with earphones in. After calling out to him and knocking on the wall to make noises, he only got up when a gentleman came by and spoke with me as I asked for his help in waking him up. The place itself wasn’t bad, but the staff could improve.

You get what you pay for, but the room definitely needs some maintenance. The AC was leaking, and there was a very strong smell of humidity/mildew in the room. I only stayed for one night, but unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again. On the positive side, the majority of the staff was pleasant and friendly. My only complaint regarding the staff is that someone knocked on my door at 11:00 AM to remind me that checkout time was approaching. I understand the reminder, but I felt it was unnecessary since the checkout time was already provided at check-in. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to maintenance and the guest experience.

When we checked in, we noticed crumbs and an empty chip bag in the sofa bed, crumbs on the king mattress, staff were rude and unable to help, my daughter left with some type of bug bite which they claimed false due to not have been supposedly receiving any complaints in the last two years. Also, my husband almost cut his foot in the pool because there was broken glass from an exposed light in the pool that showed electrical wiring from where the light was supposed to be (I have videos and pictures for proof !!) All imma say is, I’ll be complaining to the state and whoever I can in regards to this. We are not happy and this hotel should not be running at this point. Other guest were even heard complaining and yelling about not having the complimentary breakfast they claimed, or the “whirlpool that’s actually covered in cement. All I wanted was a refund or for at least and accommodation to be made so that my room was switched, and I got talked over and provided with nothing but a nonchalant attitude and little to no care about my concerns.
