Nice place to stay overnight on the way through. We could walk to the diner next door that had great food for a good price. The only complaint was the water at the inn had a foul smell. They should get that checked .

The Scottish Inns was clean and neat and met my needs for an overnight stay. However, its proximity to Interstate 84 and State Routes 6/209 made it noisy.

The property is in a convenient location on Route 209, minutes from Milford and Port Jervis. The room was clean, and I appreciated the fact that it had a fridge and a microwave. The heat was good and the water pressure was good as well.

Courteous hosts, immaculate room and well appointed appliances. Windows opened easy and heating system worked quietly while maintaining even temperature. Nice to have windows in the bathroom. Very comfortable!

Great spot for motorcyclists

Pleasantly surprised by this motel. Very well updated, clean, and comfortable. Check In was quick, easy, and friendly. 3 mins out of Port Jervis makes this a great place to stay if you’re in the area. We were in on a motorcycle ride and it’s nice to be able to park the bike right in front of your room

The Scottish Inns was perfect for a brief stay. We were in Milford for a friend's birthday dinner and only needed to stay one night before our drive back home in the morning. The room was very clean, staff extremely friendly and the price could not be beat.

The motel itself was very clean and staff was friendly. The water smelled of sulfur and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, hard, and felt like we were sleeping on the boxspring. If you're not accustomed to highway noise, I wouldn't recommend because the hotel is right next to I-84.

Milford Diner next door and if we wanted something at night, a mile down the road was a plaza with Wendy's, McDs, Taco Bell, WalMart, etc. Small apt refrigerator and microwave. A comfortable set up
