The hotel is fabulous; beautiful decor, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff/owners, tasty breakfast at a reasonable price and at a great location in Milford Haven (above the port, just a street down from the high street, with a beautiful promenade walk right out front of the hotel). We were only here for 1 night as a stopover after a day at Skomer Island before we headed off to Cardiff for a hen do and it was perfect, exactly what we needed, as it was just a short drive from Martins haven (~25mins). We would definitely stay here again in the future. It is also just a short car journey to Tenby from here (~35 mins) making it an ideal spot for a good night's sleep in-between two amazing spots in Wales!

It's a very good hotel, but it needs a lot of TLC lots of cobwebs that were there during our whole weeks stay.In the evening when having a drink in the reception area the kitchen door was left open so the noise was coming out.Small issues but important ones.The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall it was a good stay, but it could be a lot better. 7 OUT OF 10 I would return.

Room was tidied every day, most of the staff were very helpful. There is plenty of parking round back of hotel if you can get a spot.. we were lucky. Personally I think you should get breakfast or lunch or evening meal in with the price otherwise it gets a bit expensive

Parked in the car park easily. Nice welcome and nice room. Big bathroom, only problem was no anti slip mat for the bath and I had a nasty fall in the bath, hit my head and my arm, still quite painful. So maybe might be an idea to add anti slip mats in the bathrooms.
