Lovely but noisy

The apartment was lovely and located near restaurants and shopping. The bed was really comfortable. Microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine & fridge. The only negative was the noise. Doors slamming and very loud people in the hallway at all hours. Front apartment was really bad on Saturday night.

Everything you could need

Nice clean modern apartment with full cooking facilities and a laundry room with a washer and dryer on the same floor. Daily serviced. Balcony as well. Close to cafes, shops, supermarket.

It's in the middle of town, which gave us limitless dining options. The property was also as good as new other than an issue with the bed which I'm sure will be fixed. The one bedroom apartment has a second bedroom. It has plenty of space to accomodate 4 people. Massive balcony.

Room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and large with good water pressure. The dirty towel in the cupboard wasn’t a pleasant find and the skylight not closing made for an unwanted early morning.

Lots of silly oriole were hanging around the property. I discovered there was a club next to it. The token to open the door should be opening the front door too. Putting in the code in the middle of the night and oriole hanging around is unsafe. Lastly, to be selling the coffee and bottles of water I think it’s unnecessary. Very stingy with little room amenities

Only stayed one night the room was well fitted out and had all that one could need. There are no windows and only the one door for entry which was ok as it stated this on the web site but for people who need to be able to access open spaces this is not the room for you. We booked the room through Hotels.com so I was surprised when Indulge sent me an email wanting a copy of a government photo ID plus a full credit card details which I was very hesitant about supplying, in the end if I didn’t supply these details we could not have access to the room and I was sure about getting my money back. Would I stay there again probably not as the run around getting a park and getting a key is not worth it.

Comfortable apartments with a few quirks

Comfortable bed, big space. Great aircon. Work table with a glass top and I didn't bring my mouse mat, how is my laser mouse supposed to work properly on glass? Could use a shower update, pressure was lacking and only a rainfall head, no shower head with a hose. Asking you to pay for water from the 'minibar' was a bit rich at this price - and in Mildura when it's the most expensive place in town - by far given it's essentially 2 star and there's no additional amenities like a pool or a gym. It seems like they're scratching for extra $$$s needlessly. Anywhere else in the world you get a 'thank you for staying with us' welcome pack, maybe a bottle of wine, some snacks, surely some water... At this place you just get a 'make sure you do your own dishes or we'll charge you extra' note. 🙄 If I had to rate the price/performance ratio, it's pretty far down the list. You can hear the nightclub thumping a few doors down until about 2 or 3am on occasion, but it wasn't bad. 2nd time I've stayed, but will search around for a BnB next time.

Appt was nice, right in the city and close to everything. Thats where the positive stops. Firstly the appt is supposed to have streaming services, these did not work in my room, eventually the local tv worked but only after multiple phone calls to management. I was in town for business(travel there every 8 weeks) got up at 4am to leave, no hot water so cold shower. Left a note written on back of my business card telling of my issues on reception desk. I got an email asking for feedback. At around 9. Not a phone call an email. I rang the number on the email to give feedback and to say the reaction was underwhealming is an understatement. I was made to feel like my issues were minimal. I liked the appt and would have booked there again if my issue was taken seriously. I even waited till now to see if someone from indulge bothered to reach out and apologise for my cold shower at 4 am and the lack of streaming services i paid nearly $200 for. They got my money, thats all they cared about.
