Hotel was in a good location. Rooms were comfortable. Whatever you do don’t get a room on the side of the very busy tram line. You know it’s a red flag when they leave ear plugs in the bathroom for guests. Trains run till 1 am.

fantastic location in Brera district of Milan with easy walking to many of the main attractions plus 3 minutes walk from M2 metro (Lanza stop).
