We stayed a couple of nights at this hotel and overall we had a good experience. The surrounding area feels a bit unsafe and the room view was a construction site but inside the hotel is pretty nice.

First and foremost i will like to Thank the staff there for being so welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was very nice beautiful inside clean rooms the food and bar was very delightful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in a lavish hotel and the price not being overpriced while enjoying the high end amenities. Transportation was walkable. I stay with my husband and young toddler. And it was very memorable. I give the property all 10’s across the board Darling! Thank you for your hospitality ❤️

An ID card or passport was required for check in as per Expedia description, once there, a hotel staff said EU ID card applies for check in and not ID cards from other countries. Expedia has to update the description for check ins.

Great stay family room and pool

Amazing stay near Malpensa airport and Saronno. We had a family room/suite which was huge and high-end. We could use the rooftop pool and sauna (closes 9pm) and breakfast is excellent. Easy (free) parking. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Ramesh was very helpful! We arrived before check-in time and we only waited a little while before our room was ready and he answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel bad because we spoke little Italian. You have to remember customer service isn’t the same as it is in the US so you have to be reasonable but they did an excellent job.

Misinformed Payed front hotel parking

During my stay in this hotel I encountered an issue regarding the parking situation. Upon check-in, I was informed by the receptionist that parking outside the hotel premises was free of charge. However, I received a fine from the municipal police for parking in that area. This discrepancy in information was quite concerning and resulted in an unexpected expense. I believe clear communication regarding parking policies is crucial to prevent such incidents. I appreciate your attention to this matter and would like to suggest revisiting the communication of parking policies to ensure accuracy for future guests.
