Lovely clean room & staff were very helpful & friendly. The only complaint I would have is that there was a horrible drain/sewer smell in the bathroom of room 104 - not sure if this was coming from the toilet or the shower - didn’t complain to reception as I was hardly ever in the room but not a nice smell! Rooms were cleaned every day & clean towels & new shower gel provided daily.

Great location for train station and Metro and a couple of minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus stops at the side of the railway station. The staff were friendly, especially the young lady on the front desk who was extremely helpful. Also looked after my case on the final day until I had to leave Milan. It is slightly noisy at night, but that should be expected from a central city hotel.
