Only stayed there one night, but it had everything we needed. This is the third place we stayed where there was an issue with the shower and sink draining. i’m beginning to think this is just something common in Italy. We did let the management know. They said they would look into it.

Fabulous

Amazing service from the front desk staff, rooms were ultra comfortable, clean, quiet. Hotel is very well located for good walkers. 10/10 would stay there again and recommend to anyone.

This is a B&B which I wasn’t aware of. This means no house keeping the next day. I don’t recommend staying more than one night. There was a separate bedroom but unfortunately the bedroom door won’t close.There is no door latch which is strange Light goes through the bedroom and no privacy. The location is good.

Fantastic Room

This is by far the best room I have stayed. The room was clean, cozy and new. The location is great. The check in was extremely smooth. The staff was amazing and helpful! If you are in Milan, dont bother to look for other place, choose Sonder!

5 stars for the staff working there. Very friendly and helpful when needed. The location is very close to the metro and trams . The reason for 3 stars is because I stayed for 3 nights and was woken up at 7:30am for 2 nights because our room was right next to a construction site. The sounds of machine and peoples working made it impossible to sleep and resting after a tiring day of going out. Also , the room had unpleasant smelled like sewers.

Great Stay in Milan

Great stay in Milan. A little hard to find at times because the sign is hard to see (you pretty much have to stand right in front to find it). Washer-Dryer combination appliance available; we did think it was separate machines. Utensils were not available even though we had a fridge, stove, and sink available. Customer service was great!

This was the fourth rental on our 2-week long Italian tour, and by far our best decision. The room was perfect for me and my three children - it was just spacious enough, and had everything we needed. We stayed in whole home rentals with less kitchen amenities than we had here (the kitchen was nearly hidden, yet had absolutely everything I needed to cook dinner and breakfast; full-size toiletry items were appreciated; the towels were great; the bedding was perfectly fresh, clean, and crisp; there were even washing detergent pods for the clothes washer, which were most welcome; the gym downstairs had everything we needed plus a sauna). Rooftop terrace was great for watching the sun set over the city and the Duomo. There was a small but completely stocked grocery store 2 doors down - everything we needed for our two night stay, and even more. The location was great - across the street from an ancient basilica, and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and heart of the action of the city. Lots of great small restaurants within a block or two walk. Bus stop across the street, and there were two metro stations within 2 blocks. Safe and clean area too. Really a great property, and this frequent traveler can't recommend it enough.

This was a great place to stay very convenient to get around the city. The local trolly was right in front of our residence. I would say my only comply would be that the ac isn’t commissioned until the weather gets hotter. It’s easy for Sondra to say just open your windows. We are are city residents at home so the street noise took getting used to but manageable! The room was very updated it’s my understanding it’s only a few years old. I would consider staying at other Sonder properties. I wish Bonvoy made it easier to find on the application.

Noise noise noise from all around

The rooms are very good and super clean that’s always great! The down side is we have renovating going on across our wall in the other building and they started drilling very early almost all of our stay there. We got a notice about it from you only after 2-3 days it began. So every morning we woke up by drilling at 0630-0700 am. In addition to this in the last 2 nights our ac unit started to whistle pretty loud all night and made sleeping very difficult and getting on our nerves obviously. The front desk guys were very nice and gave us a white noise machine after the technician checked the ac unit and said there is nothing to be done because it is the vent and he has no control over it, off course the white noise machine was useless because it only generated only more noise. Last 2 night were really horrible from that prospective.
