The staff are very nice and helpful! We were able to store our luggage. The Milan centrale station is super convenient and close by. Room was nice and clean. The restroom shower door was leaking water but we only stayed one night so wasn’t much of a bother

Front desk staff as well as breakfast room staff are very helpful, efficient, and friendly. They are a delight to work with. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, as are the bathrooms, although we wish they provided more than a single bar of soap (hair conditioner would be appreciated as well :)). The breakfast offerings were good and well-prepared; a very nice service to start your day!

The property is ok. Good bed and clean the shower pan was broken and leaked badly causing visible wood rot. Door handles were loose. An electrical plug was broken, and the hair dryer sometimes failed to work.otherwise it was good.Its rather small and looks sleek and modern, it’s just getting worn. Staff super nice and helpful!! Very convenient location for trains, metro, restaurants, etc.
