This is a classic old boutique European hotel. Rooms are small and bathrooms “petite”. The staff were very helpful, especially Payman who gave us full attention, great food recommendations and perfect directions. Hotel is close to many historical sites. A convenient and charming place to stay near the city center and good restaurants. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The hotel does not offer laundry service, but a young woman on the front desk found us an independent service and made the arrangements.

Cute boutique hotel way off the beaten path yet still walkable to Old Milano. Staff is very helpful, and the room was nice and clean. Air conditioning function is limited as one would expect in Italy. Nepresso coffee maker in room and a made to order breakfast was included. Only one complaint (kind of a big deal): The bathroom shower is a real problem in room 2. The water ran out on the floor, all over the floor, with each shower. First I thought the shower door wasn’t shut tightly. Nope. The shower floor pan is raised above the floor tiles, but there is no flashing or caulk or molding to keep water inside the shower. The drain is slow, and the water spreads out into the bedroom. We did tell the kind woman working reception, but we were only there a few days. I don’t know if it was fixed.
