A convenient and charming place to stay near the city center and good restaurants. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The hotel does not offer laundry service, but a young woman on the front desk found us an independent service and made the arrangements.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. They walked us to our room instead of just handing us a key. They were happy to answer any questions we had and offered recommendations to help enhance our experience while visiting Milan. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made.
