Awesome little hotel with great amenities, spotless rooms, and some sweet freebies, including items from the minibar. Check in and check out was a breeze. Within walking distance of the Navigli canals and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend.

Although small, the room was beautiful with character and excellent amenities. The staff were lovely. There was a little pizza place across the street that served delicious pizza. I would stay here again!

The property was modern, clean and new. Nice amenities but would have liked more room information with regards to how things worked, eg: heating/AC, lights, etc. Very friendly staff and loved the coffee and cookies in the morning, and the grapa at night. The rooms were very small but certainly had everything you need for a few nights stay. Safe neighbourhood.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was so so cute and had so many lovely touches (flower in the toilet, Marshall speaker, free mini bar!) beautiful hotel and great location, would definitely stay again. I would have given 5 stars if there was a 2nd mirror as only 1 in the bathroom so I couldn’t get ready while my husband was in the shower etc. We also couldn’t control the air con as it was controlled centrally and we were too hot in the room (we are Scottish!) Staff were so friendly and gave us a room early for free!

Nice location, with many restaurants nearby. The property is new. We stayed in a Classic QC room, which was decent. The amenities are great. There is a coffee machine in the room, and the minibar is replenished every day. There are no English-language movie channels on the TV. Aperitivo drinks are available in the lobby from 17:00 to 22:00, while cookies, snacks, coffee, and tea are available 24/7. The only drawback is that there is no restaurant at the hotel, so they do not serve breakfast either.

The hotel was excellent. However the room was very small and there was no storage for travelers. If you are staying one night it's fine but we stayed 5 nights and it was difficult. The mini fridge was very nice and the complimentary drinks in the evening was a very nice amenity. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa.
