The hotel is close to the Loretto tube stop - 30 seconds walk - and that allows easy access to the Dumo etc. Also easy access to the Linate Airport (one change a Balibio) for €2.20. The breakfast provided was great and did include a couple of hot options. The lady who was working during the breakfast was very warm and welcoming. I would be happy to stay here again.

Book with out any fear. Highly recommended to everyone, hotel in city centre next to metro station and near to Centrale station. Easy access to everything. Newly renovated hotel near and clean. No idea about the breakfast as I didn’t book with it. Stayed with family. Lovely hotel and good staff

They don’t cleaning our room and from the day we did arrive we noticed the cleaning was not done correctly the floor was dirty, we stayed for 2 nights not cleaning during that time when we did ask for the towels for the second day the person at front desk was not nice about it. Other than that the breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff very nice!

Hotel was really good and staff were great with the below caveats. The television kept turning itself on (00:30 and 07:30, as well as other times). The waste for the shower blocked such that the shower tray overflowed and flooded the bathroom - although both of these were reported so hopefully would by now be fixed. Whilst there was a free breakfast provided, Hotels.com did not advertise this and when I notified the hotel of this, the receptionist was pretty useless and didn't really take any ownership to resolve the matter (which is a little strange as it is to the Hotel's advantage). Other than that, it was fab, and really cool in spite of the heatwave.

They are so friendly and welcoming! From the moment we entered to the moment we checked out. They accommodated our many luggages to drop off so we could start our journey prior to check in and assisted us with directions. They upgraded us out of the kindness of their hearts. Could not say enough good things about them! They are right in the strip where all the major stores are - so convenient!
