They hit the price point very well! The location was great and the staff was fantastic. They gave wonderful recommendations and my stay was better because of them. The sleeping conditions are fine, pretty much exactly what I was after. Nothing special and the price was the main point. I wasn’t spending much time there anyway. The continental breakfast was good!

Hostel was a good choice for accommodation for 1 night. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The cubicals are little smaller for double beds especially if you have lots of luggage with you. Overall good.

Great!!!

Nice girl at the reception. Place was confortable and good location. Just pay atenttion to some reparations you have to do and the air conditioner in the room but at end I can say it was GREAT PLACE TO STAY I would back many nights more. :)

The two person capsules are extremely noisy, they making clanging and banging sounds all night, it's impossible to sleep in there.

The hostel photographs better than its actual conditions; in real life, the common spaces themselves are not terribly inviting. However, the sleeping pods have more privacy than usual for a hostel-like accommodation. There's even space for your backpack inside the pod (but a suitcase would probably be too big). Having ensuite bathrooms inside the rooms is convenient. The included breakfast is limited in scope (and I recommend getting there early because they run out of a lot of things).

Fantastic staff and service

Professional and friendly staff. Positively surprised from check-in to check-out. The beds provided way more privacy than your typical hostel, breakfast was surprisingly good for the price and type of accomodation, again - the staff was really service minded and friendly. Clean and inviting dorms and common areas 24/7. Will gladly go back, and gladly pay the small up-price from the cheapest hostels in Milano. (The mattrass won't win any hospitality awards, but then again, you don't expect 'Hästens' at a hostel. Did it's job more than good enough.)

If you have ever dreamt of sleeping on the sun, then this is the place for you! Jokes aside, they really should remove AC from their list of amenities because the units located around the hostel might as well be for show. We were boiling hot overnight, making the stay not restful at all - we literally had to use our wet towels as blankets to keep ourselves cool. And given that everyone must be as warm and sweaty as we were, the rooms absolutely stink. The bathrooms themselves were also questionable at best, with water all over the floor and leftover used towels for days. But hey, at least the water is always freezing cold to help you beat the heat (i.e., no hot water). The technology at this self-proclaimed "social media hostel" is also lacklustre (the tv screen in our pod didn't work, not sure what it was for though) and the pictures are all clearly from a time long past. It would probably be a decent place given the solid location and cheap drinks, but the experience really was ruined by the lack of comfort. They are charging far too much for what they are offering.

カプセルになっているのが本当に過ごしやすかったです。カプセルの中にキャリーバッグなどを置く場所や軽く物を置いたりできるテーブルのようなところもあります。少し歪んで見えますが鏡もあります！自分の好きな時間に電気をつけたり消したりできるのが最高でした！何人かの口コミで見てはいましたが、マットがふかふかすぎたのとシャワーの水漏れが激しいことがやっぱり気になりました。人によってはシャワーを浴びた後部屋にまで水がでてきたりしていたので、注意した方がよさそうです。弱かったけど備え付けのドライヤーもありました！部屋についている化粧室のほかに、フロアごとにもあったので使い分けれて助かりました！

The staff is very nice and the hotel is very clean. The main thing I don't like is that the room is made of iron sheets, which makes noises that can be heard in the next door dorm.

Es buena opcion para un par de Dias.. La cabinas son de Lamina y se escucha mucho ruido cuando llega el o la de a lado .. hasta si se cae un tenis se escucha. Mi consejo es colocar un material hermetico para que se genere menos ruido. Es muy pequeño pero comodo y basico para lo que se necesita... Dormir.

Staff was cool. Wi-Fi was a challenge as a ‘social media hostel’. Kept getting knocked off while in my capsule space or not connecting at all. Had to go into a common area downstairs. For me- I booked a private capsule- since made of metal- the sound was like a tin can. But served the purpose. Bathrooms- definitely could have been kept up better. Always wet floors or wet towels on floor. Having continental breakfast and coffee included was nice.

Me ha gustado mucho, la verdad que el hotel lo recomiendo está muy bien ubicado zona tranquila cerca del metro y cercano a la estación central lo que facilita mucho la movilidad a la hora de ver la ciudad. La habitación está muy bien.

Great Hostel.

It was a clean, comfortable and easy to find hostel not far from the main train station and about 20min walk to plazza duomo. The staff were friendly and the self serve breakfast was delicious. There are a few comunal areas and a terrace where you can chill. The bathrooms were large with toiletries and hot water.
