A one night stay in a very hot Milan and delighted our apartment already had air conditioning on. Loved our stay and wished we could have stayed for longer. The facilities were very clean and the location was excellent for exploring Milan on foot. The individual room heating was also very convenient. The manager and all the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Very clean, modern, nice area. Very close to restaurants, shops. The cathedral and the galleria. Our AC was not working when we got to the room. Didn’t realize it until night time. But when we told the front desk in the morning about it, they got it fixed right away. Overall very happy with our stay. Just as a note; they don’t clean the room during the duration of your stay. And after second request of fresh towels they charge you 5 euros for each bath towel.

Our room was very large, modern, and clean. There’s a great elevator, so no stairs to climb. It’s on a quiet street with no noise at all. We had no need for a hotel restaurant, bar, gym, etc because we were out exploring Milan. If you really want those things, a traditional hotel is great. But if not, this is a much better alternative. The staff was great and we’ll definitely stay here again when in Milan.
