Very nice hotel. I was not aware of the location so be sure to check out your airport as there are 3 in Milan. Excellent stay in room and accommodations very nice. May need a wider variety of menu. There are not a lot of restaurants close and the hotel one is expensive. Bed was super comfy.

The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water. The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety. On the positive side, the bartender was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were also kind and helpful. The room and the property itself were fine to stay in, but the overall experience would be much better if they improved the housekeeping and breakfast quality.
