My second stay at this bery convenient location. Hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood near San Raffaele hospital, close to metro and Milan Linate. Couple if restaurants within 2-5 minutes

This was a lovely place though it was farther than I thought from city centre and not convenient to get around. Only there 1 night so OK but I had to use taxi to and from train station.

The room was not very clean. They put bloody towels for us twice. Carpets were dirty. They don’t change the sheets. They bring 1/2 towels max. They only give you one roll of toilet paper ( a cheap one). The location is VERY inconvenient to center of Milan. This is not a convenient hotel for Milan at all. Last but not least, the sink was yellow and shower was really small. This is not a 4-star hotel by any means.

Unfortunately their AC did not function and there were no fans provided. Requested water as it was the hotest day and therecwas no access to water facilities there was a charge for water. Could not sleep as there was no ventilation

la camera assegnata aveva problemi di manutenzione. Non funzionava il termoarredo del bagno (bagno quindi molto freddo), e l'asta della doccia era priva del fermo per alzare e abbassare il doccino. Inoltre il riscaldamento funzionava on/off e usciva dal bocchettone aria molto calda proprio sopra il letto. Non tra le esperienze migliori.
