Overall the stay was great, anytime I interacted with the staff they were very helpful, nice and always had a smile. The only downfall would be the bed in my room.. it was very hard and firm.. but the blankets and pillows were great.. I was able to walk to the cathedral and spa of my choice and there is even a REALLY GREAT restaurant right around the corner!

I chose this hotel because they offered laundry service as well as a laundry facility and they had an on-site restaurant. This hotel has none of these features. If you are on a budget, the rooms were large and clean however, I did not always feel the safest and was frustrated at how far this property was from everything I needed. It was really hard to get an Uber to come out to that property.

I have awarded an ‘average’ rating for this property simply due to the fact I do not agree it is Four Star. We had no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge in the room. When we asked for a kettle and some tea we were given the bare minimum and then charged a supplementary charge on check out! The hotel is clean and comfortable but the area surrounding is a residential area and we found the GPS didn’t work in order for taxis and Uber to locate us correctly. Unfortunately a lot of dog mess on the streets outside so the area isn’t very well looked after. We probably would just use the money spent on Uber/Taxis to stay closer to the city centre in future.

definitely not 4 star

definitely NOT a 4 star. the hotel is in the suburbs of milan, it’s a 10 min walk to the tram then they are very regular to get to the city (15 min trip). rooms are very tired and dated. the toilet constantly ran. there is no restaurant as advertised. go to the lebanese round the corner, it was amazing. no free all inclusive water or soft drinks as other reviews mentioned. the shower was rusty. night staff was really rude and ignored us at check in. breakfast was really expensive (15€ each!!!). there is no supermarket nearby. beds are really uncomfortable, we booked a twin room and the other bed was a weird leather arm chair that pulled out to a single bed that sloped at one side. we did use the “spa” that was a steam room and a hot tub, it was ok but just make sure you pre book!

밀라노 박람회 기간중에 방문했는데요, 선택지가 없어서 어쩔수없이 선택했습니다. 방에 냉장고도 없는 호텔은 처음이네요. 택시타고 이동하기에 위치는 나쁘진않지만 박람회가 아니면 절대 묶지않을겁니다.

部屋は広くて値段以上の快適さでしたが、エアコンが効かず、夏はやめた方がいいですね。 それ以外は完璧です。 スタッフは優しいし、朝の朝食はとても美味しかったです。 一応4星ですが、3星ホテルと思って貰えばいいです。

Struttura altamente sotto le aspettative, viste le 4 stelle ed il costo. Camera decente, bagno inaccettabile: wc per disabili, assenza di bidet, doccia attrezzata guasta; l’acqua spruzzava contemporaneamente in tutte le direzioni, allagando il bagno e non permettendo di fare una doccia confortevole. Una grande delusione

Veldig bra.

Et funn av et hotell til overkommelig pris. Deilig å bo rolig utenfor bykjernen. Rent og pent på hele hotellet. Svært vennlig personale - både ved frontdesk ,bar og frokostsalong. Ca 40min spasertur inn til bykjernen , om man ikke ønsker å gå tar man trikk nr15 rett ved som tar deg inn til bykjernen. Jeg var i Milano i forbindelse med en konsert så selfølgelig ingen bakdel at hotellet lå kun 10 min gange fra konsertlokalet. Neste opphold i Milano selv uten konsert blir definitivt dette hotellet.

La chambre initiale était affreuse , une vraie chambre d’hôpital odeur comprise , un balcon ridicule avec des pics à pigeon sur la rembarre et une odeur d’urine insupportable, après d’infinies palabres via le très aimable jeune homme qui s’est occupé de nous avec sa direction pas très arrangeante, nous avons changé de chambre au 7eme qui était mieux, une taille raisonnable avec une odeur correcte et une décoration plus agréable. Pas de restaurant alors que c’était sur la fiche par contre … Parking très appréciable. Bien pour des séminaires mais pas pour des vacances . Très déçue 😢
