Nice little boutique hotel located right opposite the Duomo. Interior a bit tired but we stayed only one night and it was super convenient to shopping and dining. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super service - highly recommended

Fantastic service at the hotel that both upgraded us to a suite at check-in but also was extremely helpful when my son got food poisoning from a restaurant close to the hotel and had to go the hospital. They help call the ambulance, extend the stay in the same room, extend the city car zone and asked us so many times if there was anything they could get us even from outside shops. The hotel itself was clean, updated, with nice interior and good facilities. Highly recommend this hotel.

Property is in a great location but the hotel itself is not more than a 3 star hotel. Front desk is just a desk, many walls were in need of repairs and air conditioning was barely working.

Great staff. Very helpful. Location is great also. The room was a bit tired. Carpet needs cleaned. Minimal breakfast bar. Mediocre compared to the one at their sister hotel in Venice. All in all this is a great spot and a we recommend it.

No parking. Unloading your suitcase can be very challenging in front of the hotel not to say that you have to drive a mile to get to the municipal parking. Hotel location is good next to all the shopping and walkable. If you’re planning on renting a car, I suggest getting a different hotel with parking.
