We appreciated our stay here. Be aware that the entry to the hotel is inside a gallery. Parking is also blocks away. Staff was great!

Very nice and clean but hard to find.

This is a great little boutique hotel, but a little hard to find. It is basically one floor of a commercial center that was turned into very nice and clean hotel rooms. One negative, they claimed to have laundry, facilities, and service. But they have neither. At best, they give you a phone number to a place about a half a mile away that you can drop your laundry off at.

Conveniently Located Hotel with Limited Comforts

The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance of Piazza del Duomo, which is a major plus. While there’s no on-site parking, there is a convenient underground parking garage just in front of the Duomo, only a short walk away. The hotel does not offer breakfast, so you'll need to visit a nearby street café. There was coffee and tea available in the room, but it would have been nice to have some milk or creamer provided as well. Finding the hotel can be a bit challenging, as signage is very limited. It's situated within a residential building where locals live, and the hotel occupies just one floor. This setup may not be immediately obvious to new guests. The one staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. However, given the limited amenities and lack of services, the overall experience felt quite expensive for what was offered.

Hotel boutique extremamente bem localizado, fica a poucos passos do Duomo e da Galeria. Várias opções de transporte por perto. O hotel é pequeno, fica dentro de uma galeria, mas é seguro, os quartos são grandes e confortáveis. A equipe muito atenciosa, a recepção não funciona 24h, então me contaram via WhatsApp explicando o acesso e mesmo após isso uma atendente ficou até mais tarde apenas para nos aguardar e nos ensinar como funcionava o hotel e abertura de portas. Com certeza se voltar a Milão ficaria lá novamente

Εξαιρετικό. Σε κεντρικό δρόμο, 5 λεπτά από το duomo, με άμεση πρόσβαση τόσο σε μετρό όσο και στο τραμ. Υπέροχα μαγαζιά για φαγητό ακριβώς κάτω απο το κτίριο και πολύ φιλικοί γείτονες. Μια μοναδική εμπειρία. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και υπήρχε καθημερινή καθαριότητα.

This is not a hotel, nice people may work there but you cannot find anyone at the reception when you need them! No phones in the room! There is a phone number provided at reception desk and you have to pay international fees to call and you may not get any appropriate response. Disappointing communication system and service. They told me they have shuttle service snd they denied it when I asked for it. You will be on your own if any problem occurs. You get even locked in bc this place is located on 2nd floor in a plaza with iron gates which get locked at night and no-one answers the doorbell assigned to this hotel! Even communication with them through expedia takes time! Seems the staff have no idea about the condition of taxi and uber transportation in this city, they provided me wrong info. So disappointed. I hope it get removed from Expedia hotel list
