We thought we had booked another hotel, but when we arrived, we found ourselves at the Leonardo Hotel by mistake and realized this at the reception. But it was a good thing we stayed at this hotel; the room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. We had very little time to explore the city, but despite that, Mr. Federico at the front desk welcomed us warmly and kindly without any hesitation, drew up a route for us on the map, and we were able to explore the city thoroughly. Great hotel for business.

I stay in many hotels on business but this one excelled. It's a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area but don't let that put you off. It's 4 star and the staff are super helpful. Located right on the edge of Chinatown and a short walk to the subway.

We booked a suite at the hotel because we wanted a jacuzzi in our room. there was nothing . in respa we pointed it out, they arrogantly said that it's in the pictures, it's just not in the room. the service is poor, additional services, e.g. breakfast, were not offered. you could sit in peace in the restaurant, no one came to sell anything. location and cleanliness ok

Hotel was much better than expected

Hotel was much better than expected. Easy to find with transport links nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Decor a little dated but did not affect our stay. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel hours before we could actually check in, which was really helpful. We booked a suite for 3 people and glad we did as was perfect size, anything else would of been too small. Ate in the hotel one morning and breakfast was adequate (basic continental for 12 Euro per person). Lift up to rooms felt a little unsafe, but did not see option for stairs. Lots of natural light in the room and had air-con. Wish there were more pillows and drinking facilities (coffee sachets, cups, bottles of water) in the room. Would recommend and stay again for an easy trip to Milan

I used to stay at this hotel when it was l’ermitage hotel. Even though the hotel was not new, the staff were very gracious, professional. We arrived at the hotel now under new ownership and we were not greeted by anyone. The is no one to help with the luggage. There is no beverage whatsoever in the mini bar. There was only one set of towels even though there was two of us in the room. This is now a motel, not a hotel. If your intention is to stay one night and leave, it will do. Otherwise, find another hotel. I do not recommend this establishment at all.
