Very nosy in breakfast area and in rooms corridor. One of staff at reception not good when I check in. She gave me room card not open when I come back she reprogramming the card and not working make me come back to here but she didn’t believe and she come to be sure and then she ask somebody to change the card.

Good overall hotel. Distance to the city centre must be considered as it’s a 20mins+ car ride (public transport 40mins+). Public transport is not available within close proximity. Reception staff are not the friendliest. Good range of breakfast options.

Nice hotel a little costly with no breakfast, arrived late craving a beer the bar was shout seems hotel hadn’t heard of residential ?? Not even coffee or tea making facilities

The hotel was clean and modern but the location was terrible - not within walking distance to any restaurants or other locations. The staff was poorly trained, unaware of opportunities for dining, unaware of the operations of the hotel, and providing miscommunication or conflicting information repeatedly during my stay. The dining room ran out of pizza dough in the afternoon and was unable to provide adequate food for the breakfast meal. Overall, it was a poorly run hotel operationally.

Top Unterkunft, die viel zu bieten hat. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Leider liegt es etwas außerhalb und ist von Autobahn und Bahngleise umgeben, sodass man einen kleinen Umweg (ca. 15 Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle) gehen muss, um zum Bus/ zur Tram zu gelangen. Doch man hört im Zimmer weder die Autobahn noch die Züge.

El hotel es excelente. El desayun de lujo. La habitacion amplia y limpia. Mas de lo que esperabamos. Nos atendio en el.front desk Miguel Nos ayudo mucho con ideas de a donde ir y como ir.la verdad es que Miguel mos dio mucha tranquilidad. Lo unico malo fue al.hacer el chack out nos quisieron cobrar 50.euros.porque segun el ( otro empleado)llegamos antes de la hora del check in lo cual.no era asi. Le ruve que decir que no estaba de acuerdo. Ademas de pedir un taxi de manera un tanto enojado.
