The check in staff was very pleasant. The room.... it was definitely on the older side. The decor was outdated, there was damage to the walls in both the bathroom/bedroom, and there was a large armoire that really cluttered up the room. The beds were comfy but the sheets were very coarse with an unappealing coverlet. Our first night we returned to our room after a very long day to have our keycards not work to enter our room. Assuming it was user error on our part, after several minutes of attempting on both cards, we went to get help. We were issued 2 additional cards and encountered the same issue. After several additional minutes of trying we determined that the battery on the key pad was dead and returned to the front desk for additional help. At this point we waited about 25 more minutes for maintenance to come to our room and fix the issue. Overall that was 50 minutes of back and forth and waiting when it was already very late at night. Thankfully the maintenance guy was also pleasant because we were extremely frustrated by this time.

The casino is smoke free so much appreciated it’s big but easy to find other members of your group. I liked that they had food in the casino it was a very upbeat atmosphere. Room was clean and everything worked however it had not been remodeled & wallpaper was peeling off and I thought that it was advertised as newly renovated and I was doing also the walk from the elevator to our room was very long. The food at the Sports Bar was good & reasonable. The buffet was ok but be sure and get your player card for the discount, it would have been nice if the people who checked us in would have told us that at the beginning. The staff at the Hotel were ok but always seemed to be rushed , service at the buffet were not very friendly or helpful. I think they could use more help in the hotel but the casino was very friendly 5 stars

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. This is a casino hotel - we felt the casino bar/food places did not have very convenient hours so often found ourselves leaving for food or drinks. Otherwise the hotel itself was awesome.

The overall experience was better than I thought. Only issue was on Saturday when we ate at the buffet. We got there around 7:45 pm. No one said they closed at 8pm. Around 8:20, they proceeded to remove all food/desserts. So no desserts for us. We could not see the buffet from where we were sitting. At 8:30pm, the waitress said we had to leave by 8:40pm. I think if someone comes in close to close, they should explain that the food may not be there for seconds or dessert. The food was OK, but next time I will eat at the sports bar.

This hotel attached to a casino is a wonderful property! We had a water view, which was very nice. The room was very clean, cleaned by Diamond. The shower was large, the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean and crisp. I will definitely stay here again when I attend another concert at the vibrant arena.

The staff and the room were excellent as usual. The buffet and Blue Star Cafe were also very good. The casino itself was very nice. However, the restrooms were extremely dirty. Overall a great stay.

Daily house keeping room service would make this even better! Room isn’t serviced until day three of your stay. When it is, towels and toilet paper are replenished and garbage emptied - as far as I can tell.
