This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. Typical rip off pricing when an exhibition is held at Fiera Milano. Breakfast fruit was out of date and rotting , rooms where not clean Lifts were broken , place is run down . I was booked and paid for three nights but I couldn’t put up with it anymore so checked out and got another hotel for my last night.

Unique? That’s one way to describe it, never in my life have I been subject to such inhumane conditions. The place is dingy, dirty and disgusting. We had two nights booked but couldn’t complete the stay, legging the place first thing in the morning. Ironically, on our checkout we seen wave upon wave of cleaning staff, can I ask what they all do ? As I find it hard to believe they are preparing rooms. Overall, vile… Leaks, bed bugs, loud ac unit, some not even working, parties everywhere. Hang your head in shame. Not four stars

We couldn’t wait to leave.

Really disappointed in this very grotty hotel. The public areas look nice but our quadruple room was awful. The sofa bed was tiny with padding that came apart, curtains were ripped, floor was stained; shower cubicle broken, toilet seat wonky… overall really horrible! Check in time wasn’t right, free public shuttle bus wasn’t operational and overall we couldn’t wait to leave! Avoid.

Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. La première chambre était sale et nous avons découvert des punaises de lit. Nous l’avons signalé à la réception et on nous a changé de chambre, mais la deuxième avait le même problème. Avec ma famille, nous n’avons pas pu dormir à l’intérieur et avons dû passer la nuit dans la voiture pour éviter les piqûres. Cette situation a été très stressante et décevante. Tant que l’hôtel ne traite pas sérieusement le problème d’hygiène et de parasites, je ne peux pas le recommander.

La apariencia exterior está bien pero el interior de las habitaciones,concretamente el baño nada bien: desagúe superior del lavabo llevo de suciedad incrustada, hoja de la mampara de la ducha descolgada, a la puerta le faltaba un trozo, sin toallas a la llegada... Hubo que pedirlas y pusieron las del baño, para la cara ninguna. Menos mal que era de paso para una noche.
