The room was clean enough. The family room was big enough for a family of 4 . Bed was comfortable. The hotel was calm and quiet. The kids enjoyed very much the pool, the mini golf, the park and outdoor games. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options for everyone. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall a great experience for a family holidays.

The room was not very well cleaned but they arranged another room very quickly… Supportive staff, big rooms, free parking, very nice location and well maintained facilities. They have a wonderful garden with lot of birds and amazing play area for kids.

Not the greatest hotel but ok to spend one night. Rooms are very basic. Hotel cleanliness is not great! Bedding was nice and clean. Everything else felt dingy and run down. The shower had major mold buildup which was not great. The curtains were dirty. The staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel grounds are gated so it felt very safe and easy to park. The gardens, the pool, fountains, art, and birds in aviaries are very nice and interesting particularly for families with small kids. Overall, a hotel that could be nice but needs a major cleanup of common spaces and rooms.

Ok but not a four star

Hotel staff was alle very nice and eager to help. Hotel was overall ok but it is in bad shape compared to the shape it could be in. It would be easy and not too expensive to fix the downs. It needs some management and a few hours of work: Hallways need to have their carpets cleaned. Outside there should be taken care of the walkways which had grass etc. growing between the tiles. The balconys were not clean and paint/ceiling was faling off several places. Rooms had mould in the bathrooms and several light bulbs where out. The interior is very Italian with bright colours and plastic chairs. Breakfast was okay. Pancakes should be heated and kept warm - they were dry and tasted weird. Boiled eegs were green inside due to over cooking them. Overall an ok hotel with the potential to be a great hotel.

La habitación estaba limpia y el personal (menos el del desayuno) eran bastante agradables. El problema ha sido la mala calidad de la cama y las almohadas, además de las cortinas que dejaban entrar todo la luz, por lo que no descansé nada. Además el desayuno no tenía casi nada para elegir y la cinta del mini gimnasio estaba rota.

Trods søgning hvor pool var det vigtigste, fik vi at vide da vi ankom, at poolen ikke var åben! Selv i bekræftelsen fra hotellet stod der, at en af faciliteterne var pool. Dybt skuffede og ingen kompensation!! Egentlig pænt hotel, men udenfor var ukrudt og ikke holdt vedlige. Dog meget hyggeligt med dyrene og de vilde harer i haven. Død by, men fandt hyggeligste Spaghetteria i Pandino.

Hotel perfeito para quem deseja ir a Milão em alta temporada gastando pouco com hotel. Apesar de ficar afastado em frente tem um ponto de ônibus que vai até a estação de metrô. O metrô funciona até as 01:00 am mas o ônibus o último é às 20:12 hs ou seja se voltarem de trem aí precisará pegar Uber que é caro. O hotel é de campo ótimo restaurante é custo benefício imperdível, por estar em uma região industrial no final de semana é restrito o deslocamento se não tiver com carro , mas pegamos Uber e deu certo. Outra coisa que é válido registrar : Ao chamar Uber vai aparecer a opção Uber táxi, estejam atentos aos que estiverem mais próximos pois ele já sai cobrando de onde estiverem e sai caro essa desatenção . No mais tudo neste hotel é impecável inclusive o pessoal da equipe , café da manhã excelente
