Male at front desk was impatient and discourteous when I called about the shuttle as was the shuttle driver and they charged $30 for a 5 minute drive. Shuttle hours are limited and the hotel is a bit cheesy. Go elsewhere.

The hotel is fine. We arrived just after what seemed like an entire plane’s passengers had been brought there. There was only one person working at the front desk so check in took about one hour. Then, when we got to our room, the air conditioning stopped working about 10 minutes after arrival. So we had to sleep in a stuffy room (opening the window helped some.). During the middle of the night, thankfully the a/c returned. If not for the very long wait to check in, the stay would have been better.

The value for money at short notice was very good. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my late arrival. The room was clean and the aircon was easy to adjust. My only complaint is about the shuttle bus that was late, and then took another 10 minutes before leaving for the airport.

This is an old hotel with very small, uncomfortable beds. The AC didn't work in the first room we checked into, but we were moved to a different room with a working AC. We stayed there for one night due to our flight being cancelled. The staff in the hotel was helpful. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for a longer stay.

The hotel is very basic. Strange ventilation system, rather noisy and smelling, can’t be off! No darker curtains on the windows, shower door was broken. It’s ok to stay for one night even then I would choose other place…

Ibis suited our purpose. Hotel is clean and staff is nice. However, every day our card deactivated and had to get recoded. And the hairdryer doesn’t work for more than 1-2 minutes at a time. These are minor issues. Pluses are good nearby pizza, shuttle bus to/from airport ($5) to catch train into Milan and a decent breakfast buffet. Thank you for our stay!

Convenient hotel gor business travel

The room rate of €100 including breakfast per night is value for money.But to pay € 25 or 20 per pax for using the bus is crazy. Reason is by taxi Malpensa airport to Ibis is also only €20.So the average rate per pax using bus shouldn't be more than €5 or max €8 .We all are affected by the pandemic. But this charges for the bus is not justifiable.
