This hotel was nice. A little far out but that’s not a fault of hotel. Rooms are small, AC is not cold but that’s is typical of Italy. Breakfast is nice.

Staff is very friendly and try their best. The rooms are decent size and have a fridge. Downside, the AC is mediocre and am glad we brought personal fans. The beds, linen and towels were clean, even though the floor wasn't. A plus, parking in the premises and walking distance from bus stops.

This hotel was not 4 star level, room was too small and not well maintained. The bedsheets had stains on them when we checked in. we had to ask the staff to give us clean sheets. We also found some mosquitos in the room. The AC took so long to cool down the room. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly helped with booking taxi's.

Hotel ok bit far out but near bus stop for direct route into town. Rooms comfortable although when we went it was nearly 80° and no air conditioning in room working as they said it was still winter!!! Lift not working for the 3 days we were there either so not great. Breakfast ok and roomed clean. Staff very friendly

This place ruined the “stay” portion of Milan for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, period. I was scalded trying to turn on the shower, it was not easy and when I finally got it to an over hot but liveable temp, it surged hotter every 30 seconds. The bar fridge was off,worked only with the room key. Not good for a fridge. The “bistro” served only previously frozen food and we were so tired we tried it anyway, resulting in my husband paying 15 euro for a frozen pizza that was cold. Sent it back and we walked out. Never ever again

Nice hotel for the price! Good value for money!

Hotel was very good and room was clean as well as the bathroom. Toiletries and clean towels were provided and replaced daily. Breakfast was good. Hotel location was good too, near to Central Station.

Great hotel for city trip.

2 nights to visit the city. Very helpful lady on reception when we arrived. Bus stop close by Numbers 43 & 81 in to the city or Metro 20 mins walk. Lovely choice of breakfast in hotel. Fridge, kettle in room. Very nice bedding and large bed.
